SCOPE  OF  SERVICES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A.         Design  Development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Meet  with  owner  to  determine  all  requirements  that  will  affect  the  space  planning  and  interior  design  of  project.<\/li>
  2. Determine  preliminary  programming  and  project  objectives  as  well  as  budget  considerations.<\/li>
  3. Prepare  preliminary  schematic  layouts  furniture , colour , and  material  selections.<\/li>
  4. Review  schematic  layouts , selections , and  sketches.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    B.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Design\u00a0 Finalization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Finalize  space  plans  showing  locations  of  walls , furniture , and  built \u2013 in  equipment.<\/li>
    2. Finalize  selections  of  all  materials , and  treatment for furniture , walls , flooring , windows , and  ceilings.<\/li>
    3. Finalize  lighting  specifications.<\/li>
    4. Prepare  a  budget  of  all  interior  furnishings.<\/li>
    5. After  final  approval  of  all  space  plans , furniture  layouts , and  product  selections , prepare  appropriate  working  drawings  and  documents  for  the  constructions  of  the  space  and  installation  of  the  interiors.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      C.          Bidding  and  Construction  Phases<\/strong><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n
      1. Prepare  bid  specifications  for  furniture  and  other  finishings.<\/li>
      2. Assist  to  obtaining  competitive  bids  for  furnishings  and  equipment  and  coordination  the  schedule  for  delivery  and  installation  of  the  work.<\/li>
      3. Supervise  installation  of  furniture  and  moveble  equipment  coverd  in  the  bid  Documents.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
